I’ve tried Onfolio in the past and liked it, but did not purchase it. Now Microsoft has and put it into a free Beta as a Windows Live Toolbar.

The downloads have been disabled until this afternoon (March 8th, 2006) so we’ll have to wait and see what MS is going to do with it.
