OneNote Quirks: Auto Formatting

I am a tablet pc user and a student, so over 90% of my OneNote “notes” are ink notes. I love OneNote and use it over Windows Journal for its superb organizing capabilities. However, OneNote does have its quirks.

Here is a little history lesson. Windows Journal was supposed to be the killer app for the tablet pc. All ink all the time. OneNote was a complete separate project, not related to the tablet pc. But naturally, OneNote would be a power weapon in the tablet arsenal, so ink capabilities were added to OneNote. That is why Journal and OneNote overlap over many areas. Like I said, Journal is all ink all the time. OneNote is all text all the time with amazing inking capabilities. So it is becomes this hybrid.
This is where the quirks come in. Whenever I am writing in OneNote, sometimes OneNote moves my notes around. Usually either up or down as if its trying to line my handwriting with the notebook lines. Boxes for math answers move below the answer, French translations move too far apart, etc. In order to fix it, I just erase the part the moved away and write it over again and everything is fine. Nothing moves the second time. I don’t know what the problem is or how to fix it. But I am guessing its because of the text/ink dual nature of OneNote. What do you guys think? Have you experience the same problems? Any solutions?
